ARTE Market

Arte Market is the Dubai’s largest art & craft market which has been operating since 2005. It is held every weekend. I had the opportunity to sell my art at this market. It’s a great event to put yourself out there and meet new people. It took me a couple of weeks to prepare my art and get it printed on various collateral.

After talking to many customers, my sales muscle memory kicked in, and I began engaging with potential clients. I would introduce myself and and talk about my work and the process involved. I got great feedback from several people about my work. Its a great experience when you make a sale as it keeps you motivated to keep creating more art.

I have taken part several times at the Arte Market and it has boosted my confidence as an illustrator.
